Sonipat sits at the top of the NCR — the Kundli and Rai industrial estates, the food and beverage belt, engineering and cycle-parts units, and a growing logistics and processing corridor along NH-44. It is Haryana, same state as our works, which makes it one of our simplest supplies.
Sonipat's industry runs along the NH-44 corridor through Kundli, Rai and the district's food and engineering estates. It is a mixed belt — food and beverage processing, engineering and auto parts, plastics, cycle and cycle-part manufacturing, and a fast-growing warehousing and processing base. The instrumentation it needs spans hygienic and steam duty on the food side, utility and hydraulic duty on the engineering side, and process control across both.
What makes Sonipat straightforward for us is that it is Haryana — the same state as our Faridabad works. Every supply is intra-state, CGST + SGST, e-invoiced with IRN, which keeps a plant's input-credit reconciliation clean. And it is close enough on the highway that a next-working-day delivery and a same-week engineer visit are routine, not promises.
Because we manufacture rather than trade, food plants get hygienic connections and steam-duty gauges with siphons specified correctly and calibrated to defend in an audit; engineering units get filled gauges with snubbers, furnace thermocouples and transmitters ranged to the duty. In both cases the instrument is built to the job and delivered with a certificate, from one state away.
Sonipat is a next-day, same-state supply for us:
The main manufacturing core — food, engineering, plastics and packaging. Utility gauges, steam instruments, transmitters and calibration.
Food and beverage processing — hygienic instruments, steam gauges with siphons, RTD sensors on ovens and process vessels.
Engineering and heavy units — hydraulic gauges, furnace thermocouples and pressure switches.
General engineering, cycle parts and job work — utility gauges, air-line instrumentation and pressure switches.
Agro processing, sugar and engineering — high-pressure steam gauges, level instruments and boiler instrumentation.
Warehousing and processing utilities — refrigeration and cold-store gauges, temperature monitoring and pressure instruments.
Food duty and engineering duty need different instruments. These are the Sonipat sectors we specify for.
Hygienic connections, steam-duty gauges with siphons, RTD sensors for ovens and process vessels, and calibration you can defend in an audit.
Hydraulic and pneumatic gauges with snubbers, furnace thermocouples, test-bench instrumentation and pressure switches.
Utility and test gauges, air-line instrumentation, plating-line temperature control and pressure switches.
Refrigeration gauges, cold-store temperature monitoring, and pressure instruments for compressor and condenser lines.
Melt-pressure duty, temperature control on extruders, and diaphragm sealed gauges for dosing lines.
High-pressure steam gauges with siphons, level instruments and boiler instrumentation.
Everything below is manufactured, ranged and calibrated at our Faridabad works and delivered to Sonipat on the terms shown further down this page.

If you are not sure which instrument suits your duty, send us the media, the working pressure or temperature, the process connection and the environment on WhatsApp. We will size it — and if a cheaper instrument would do the job, we will tell you that too.
Most instrument failures are not manufacturing defects — they are specification mistakes. These are the ones we see most often in Sonipat.
On food and beverage steam duty, a gauge without a siphon cooks just as fast as anywhere else — and a failed gauge on a food line is a hygiene and downtime problem, not just a spare. Siphons and correct hygienic connections are the design, not the extra.
CIP chemicals and washdown destroy ordinary gauges and fittings. The correct hygienic connection, wetted material and finish keep the instrument clean and auditable — cheaper than repeated failures on a food line.
Compressor and condenser lines, low temperatures and refrigerant media need gauges built for the service. A general-purpose gauge on a refrigeration line is a short-lived compromise.
Cycle-part and engineering presses hammer a gauge with spikes. Glycerine-filled gauges with snubbers, ranged to two-thirds of scale, last years instead of months.
Sonipat is Haryana, same as our works — intra-state CGST + SGST, e-invoiced with IRN. It is a small thing that makes reconciliation simpler than an out-of-state purchase.
A beverage unit in the Rai food park was getting intermittent trips on a pasteuriser steam loop. The gauge on the loop was reading erratically and the maintenance team had already replaced it twice with similar general-purpose gauges, each of which drifted within weeks.
The loop was steam duty on a hygienic line, but the gauges fitted were ordinary utility gauges with no siphon and no calibration record. They were being cooked by the steam and reading unreliably, and because there was no certificate, nobody could trust the reading enough to diagnose the trip.
We fitted a steam-duty gauge with a siphon and a correct hygienic connection, calibrated the loop with a traceable certificate, and the reading steadied. The trips — which had been chased as a control problem — turned out to be an instrument that had never been specified for the duty. The line ran clean afterwards.
Sonipat is one of the easiest places for us to supply well, because it is our own state and a short highway run — so there is no reason for a plant here to settle for an out-of-state courier, a delayed delivery or an instrument that arrives without a certificate. What we bring to Sonipat is the same standard we hold in Faridabad: instruments built to the duty, calibrated with traceable paper, and delivered next working day on a clean intra-state invoice.
For a food plant that means audit-ready instrumentation; for an engineering unit it means gauges that survive the duty. In both cases it means a supplier one state away who will send an engineer rather than an email when it matters.
Stock instruments across Sonipat, Kundli and Rai the next working day.
Hygienic connections, steam siphons and audit-ready calibration.
Same-week service across the Sonipat belt.
Intra-state Haryana invoicing, e-invoiced with IRN.
Instrumentation supply, calibration and service across the region.
Vedika Instruments supplies Sonipat, Kundli and Rai across their mix — food and beverage processing, engineering and auto parts, plastics, cycle-part manufacturing and a growing logistics belt along NH-44. Food duty gets hygienic connections, steam-duty gauges with siphons and audit-ready calibration; engineering duty gets filled gauges with snubbers, furnace thermocouples and transmitters ranged to the job. In both cases the instrument is built for the duty and delivered with a certificate.
Because Sonipat is Haryana — our own state — supply is intra-state CGST + SGST, e-invoiced with IRN, next working day, with same-week engineer visits on a short highway run. There is no reason for a plant here to accept an out-of-state courier or an uncertified instrument; the same standard we hold at our Faridabad works travels one state north without changing.
Send a tag list, a datasheet or a photo of the instrument you are replacing. We will size it and quote it.
