Faridabad's oldest industrial sectors, and our own city. Our works is in Sector 41-42 — an engineer can be at your plant the same morning.
Sectors 24, 25 and 27 are where Faridabad's industry started. Forging shops, heat treatment, auto component units, rubber moulding, chemicals and electroplating sit on plots that have been working for decades, and many of them have been buying instruments for longer than we have been manufacturing them.
Our works is in Sector 41-42 — about fifteen minutes away. That is not a marketing line, it is a service level. When a forging furnace thermocouple fails at nine in the morning, an engineer can be at your plant before lunch with a replacement in hand, or you can bring the failed instrument to our bench and leave with the new one.
It also means we know these plants. We have calibrated in these sheds, seen which furnaces run hot, and watched which gauges keep failing on which presses. When we suggest a change, it is usually because we have already seen the same problem two streets away.
Forging furnace thermocouples. Billet heating furnaces run hard and continuously, and base metal thermocouples drift steadily at those temperatures. A furnace reading 30 degrees low is burning gas every shift and producing forgings with inconsistent grain flow.
Heat treatment repeatability. Case depth and hardness follow the furnace profile. Where each zone is controlled separately and calibrated at different times, the profile wanders and the metallurgical report tells you about it after the batch has shipped.
Press hydraulic gauges. Forging and stamping presses pulse hard. Unfilled gauges last months. A glycerine-filled gauge with a snubber, correctly ranged, lasts years — and a failed gauge on a press is a safety matter as much as a measurement one.
Rubber curing profiles. Cure time and temperature together decide the product. A plain PID controller cannot run a profile; a ramp-soak programmer can, and it removes the operator judgement that produces variation between shifts.
Plating and pickling chemistry. Acid and caustic vapour attacks gauge cases, panels and terminations. Instruments here need the case material and ingress protection chosen deliberately.
Correctly sheathed thermocouples with protection tubes, multi-channel scanners putting every zone on one time base, ramp-soak programmers and audit recorders.
Correctly ranged glycerine-filled gauges with snubbers, pressure switches and transmitters, and isolation valves so a gauge can be changed without draining.
Multi-zone controllers with independent auto-tune, mineral insulated barrel and tool sensors, cure profile programmers and steam gauges with siphons.
Diaphragm seal gauges matched to the medium, level instruments for viscous and coating liquids, and certified instruments where the zone requires them.
For forging and heat treatment: base and noble metal thermocouples with correct sheaths and protection tubes, multi-channel scanners so all zones sit on one time base, ramp-soak programmers, and recorders where a customer audit needs a trace.
For presses and hydraulics: glycerine-filled gauges in the range the circuit actually runs at, snubbers, pressure switches and transmitters, and isolation valves so a gauge can be changed without draining.
For rubber and moulding: multi-zone controllers with independent auto-tune, mineral insulated barrel and tool sensors, cure profile programmers, and steam gauges with siphons.
For chemicals, paints and plating: diaphragm seal gauges with wetted materials matched to the medium, level transmitters and switches suited to viscous and coating liquids, flameproof instruments where the area is classified, and control panels built to your scheme.
Component and forging output is heavy and goes out in bins, bundles and cartons. Strapping matters more than taping, and strap tension has to be set for the load — too tight and thin-wall bins deform, too loose and the load shifts on the way to the assembly plant.
For steady daily despatch, a semi-automatic arch strapping machine handles it without a conveyor. Where the bay runs continuously against a customer schedule, fully automatic in-line strapping repays the labour within a year.
Carton sealers, box wrapping with a top press and hydraulic pallet trucks complete the bay. Because we are in the same city, spares reach you the same day, and we hold wear parts against your original order reference.
Semi-automatic and automatic strapping with tension set at commissioning — too tight deforms thin-wall bins, too loose and the load shifts on the way to the assembly plant.
Semi-automatic where sizes are fixed, random where a job-work bay packs for several customers and resetting by hand is costing a person.
Box wrapping with top press for palletised component output, and hydraulic pallet trucks rated for the weight this belt actually moves.
Sealing elements and wear parts held against your order reference — and because we are fifteen minutes away, they reach you the same day.
Commissioning a new line in Sector 24, 25 or 27? Send the P&ID, the tag list or the equipment schedule. We size the full instrument list, tell you where the design has specified something it does not need, supply it with traceable calibration certificates, and support loop checking and site acceptance testing.
Running a plant that has been here for thirty years? That describes most of this belt. The usual first step is calibration rather than replacement. We check what you have, tell you how far it has drifted, and replace only what genuinely needs it. On a forging furnace, correcting a drifted reading often pays for the visit in gas alone.
Or simply walk in. Bring the failed instrument to our works in Sector 41-42. Most of the time you leave with the replacement the same day — that is the practical advantage of buying from a manufacturer in your own city.
The packing and sealing machinery mentioned above has its own pages, written around the machine rather than the area. If that is the part you are working on, start there.
Packing machines in FaridabadAll packing & sealingOur works is in Sector 41-42, roughly fifteen minutes away. For a stopped line we send an engineer the same morning wherever we can, and stock items are usually delivered the same day.
Yes, and many Faridabad customers do. Bring the failed gauge or sensor to Sector 41-42 and in most cases you leave with the replacement the same day, or we calibrate it while you wait if that is what it needs.
With calibration, not replacement. A furnace reading 30 degrees low burns gas every shift and produces inconsistent grain flow. We check every zone on site, tell you how far each has drifted, and only then discuss what needs changing.
A ramp-soak programmer rather than a plain PID controller. A plain controller holds one setpoint; a cure needs ramp, hold and ramp, and running that by operator judgement is where shift-to-shift variation comes from.
Pulsation, and usually a wrong range as well. A correctly ranged glycerine-filled gauge with a snubber typically lasts several times longer. On a press it is also a safety fitting, not only a measurement one.
Yes — diaphragm seal gauges with the wetted material matched to the bath, tank level switches, and case materials and ingress protection chosen for acid vapour rather than a clean plant room.
Yes, and being in the same city we can hold a shorter response time than we offer elsewhere — scheduled preventive visits, a calibration calendar and priority on spares, for our instruments and other makes alike.
Send a photograph of the nameplate, a tag list, or simply tell us the duty. Our engineer will size it and quote it.
