Track Your Order

Placed an order and want to know where it is? Send us your order reference and our works will confirm the real position — not a generic tracking screen.

Check your order

Ask us for your order status

We do not run an automated tracking screen, because it would only repeat back what you typed. Instead, send us your order reference and we will confirm the real position from the works — including the courier docket number once your consignment has been dispatched.

Order stages

What happens after you order

Order Received

Your order is confirmed, the specification is locked, and it enters our production schedule. You get an order reference.

In Production

Your instruments are built and ranged to specification — the correct dial, range, wetted material, connection and fill for your duty.

Calibration & QC

Each instrument is calibrated on our bench, checked, and a traceable certificate is prepared. Assemblies (remote seals, manifolds) are calibrated as complete units.

Dispatched

Your order leaves our works by courier or transporter, with documentation and — where relevant — a docket number we can share.

Delivered

Your instruments reach you. If anything is not right on arrival, raise it with us immediately and we will resolve it.

FAQs

Order tracking — common questions

Where do I find my order reference?
It is on your order confirmation and your invoice — usually in the format VED-2026-XXXX. If you cannot find it, contact us with your company name and the approximate order date and we will locate it.
What do the order stages mean?
Received = your order is confirmed and in our system. In Production = your instruments are being built and ranged. Calibration & QC = they are being calibrated and checked. Dispatched = they have left our works with a courier/transporter. Delivered = they have reached you.
How long does an order take?
Stock items typically dispatch within 1–2 working days; engineered items (remote seals, hazardous-area transmitters, hygienic builds) follow the build time quoted with your order. Delivery time on top depends on your location — next-day in the NCR, a few days pan-India.
Can I get a courier / transporter tracking number?
Yes — once dispatched, we can share the courier or transporter details and docket number so you can track the shipment to your door.
My order is urgent — can it be expedited?
Often, yes, especially for a line-down situation. Tell us the urgency when you order or contact us with your reference, and we will prioritise production and dispatch where possible.
Who do I contact if there is a problem with delivery?
Contact our works on +91 98107 02836 with your order reference. If an instrument arrived damaged or incorrect, raise it as a complaint and we will resolve it quickly.
Behind the status

Why a manufacturer's tracking means more

A tracking screen from a trading company usually tells you one thing: whether the courier has the box. It cannot tell you where your instrument is in the process of being made, because the trader did not make it — they are waiting on someone upstream just as you are waiting on them. When you order from the works, the status reflects something real at every stage: your instruments genuinely being built, genuinely being calibrated, genuinely being packed and dispatched, all under one roof where we can see and confirm each step.

That is why, alongside the indicative stages on this page, we encourage you to confirm a live status directly with us. We can tell you not just "dispatched" but when it dispatched, with which transporter and against which docket; and if you are still in the production or calibration stage, we can tell you honestly where it stands and whether an urgent requirement can be pulled forward. For a line-down situation especially, that visibility is worth far more than a passive tracking page — because we can actually do something about it, prioritising your build and dispatch rather than simply reporting a delay.

It also means that if anything is off — a transit delay, a documentation query, a part of a mixed order moving separately — you have a direct line to the people who can resolve it, not a support script that can only read you the same tracking status you can already see. Keep your order reference handy, message or call, and you will get a straight answer from the works.

Planning around lead times

Ordering ahead so nothing stops your line

The surest way never to need urgent tracking is to order ahead of the failure, and a manufacturer relationship makes that easy to plan. If you know a set of gauges, sensors or transmitters is critical to a running line, hold a small buffer of the exact specified spares, or place a scheduled order timed to your maintenance window, so a failure is a five-minute swap rather than a scramble. We are happy to keep your specifications on file so a repeat order is a one-line message — no re-specifying, no risk of the wrong build arriving under time pressure. For plants on an annual maintenance contract, we can align calibration and spare-holding to the shutdown calendar, so instruments are replaced or recalibrated before they fail rather than after. Tracking an order is useful; not needing to rush one is better, and planning the lead time into your maintenance is how the best-run plants avoid line-down instrument emergencies altogether.
