We describe every product as accurately as we can. Specifications, ranges, materials and dimensions are given in good faith and may be revised as designs are improved. Photographs are representative — the item supplied against your order is built to the specification agreed in writing, which takes precedence over anything shown on a web page.
Prices shown are in Indian Rupees, ex-works Faridabad, and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Freight, insurance, packing and installation are charged separately unless the quotation says they are included. Prices can change without notice; the price that applies is the one on our written quotation, and a quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing. For items built to a customer datasheet we confirm the delivery schedule in writing before accepting the order. We may decline an order where the specification is unsafe, unclear, or where the item cannot be supplied to the standard required.
Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes on handover to the carrier. Please inspect the consignment on receipt and report visible transit damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.
Instruments are warranted against manufacturing defect for the period stated on the invoice, from the date of despatch. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, use outside the specified range, corrosion by a medium the item was not specified for, tampering, or normal wear of consumable parts. Our liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, loss of profit or downtime, arising from the supply or failure of an item. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
The text, photographs, drawings, product descriptions and technical guides on this website belong to Vedika Instruments Pvt. Ltd. You may read, print and share them for your own business purposes. Reproducing them on another website or in a catalogue without written permission is not permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
