Greater Noida carries two industries that could hardly be less alike, and both are growing. On one side, real manufacturing on large plots — automotive, heavy engineering, glass and ceramics, chemicals and food, with furnaces, reactors and utilities that need a full instrument schedule.
On the other, one of India's fastest-growing data centre clusters. Those campuses need almost nothing from the process catalogue and a great deal from the HVAC and monitoring one — differential pressure across containment, chilled water instrumentation, and high-accuracy temperature and humidity in the halls.

Manufacturing: schedules that arrive incomplete. On a large plot the instrument list runs to hundreds of tags. Ninety-five per cent delivered on time still stops the loop check. Scheduling and confirming in writing before accepting the order matters more than the unit price.
Manufacturing: thermowells specified without a calculation. On fast steam and gas lines, a well that fails the wake frequency calculation eventually breaks off inside the pipe. That is a process release, not a lost instrument, and the calculation is free before you order.
Data centres: containment DP ranged wrongly. Aisle containment runs at very low differential pressures. A transmitter ranged like an AHU filter sits near zero and tells you nothing, and the problem only appears as a hot aisle.
Data centres: sensors that do not reach the BMS. A replacement with the wrong output or protocol reads perfectly on its own display and shows nothing at the head end.
Both: nothing calibrated after handover. Instruments certified at commissioning drift quietly, and in most plants and most buildings nobody establishes a schedule afterwards.

Plot sizes here allow the equipment that smaller belts cannot take, and the volumes usually justify it. Fully automatic in-line strapping running off a conveyor handles continuous despatch without operator intervention.
Automotive and component output goes out in returnable bins where strap tension has to be set for thin walls. Glass and ceramics need handling equipment rated for the weight and a wrapping method that stabilises a fragile load. Food and chemical plants need the consumables costed properly because the volume makes them significant.
We size the line against peak-hour count rather than plot size, commission it with settings matched to your actual cartons and bins, and quote strap, tape and film so the running cost sits in the project budget rather than surprising you in month two.
