Below are the questions plants, panel builders and procurement teams ask us most often, grouped so you can find what you need. They cover who we are, how to specify and buy correctly, calibration and documentation, delivery and GST, and the common reasons instruments fail. If your question is not answered here — especially a specification question about a particular duty — the fastest route is to ask us directly, because those are usually best solved in a short conversation with an engineer.
Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
We are a manufacturer. We build, range and calibrate our instruments at our works in Faridabad. That means factory pricing without trader margins, specification questions answered by people who make the product, and accountability with an address.
What products do you make?
Pressure gauges (Bourdon, diaphragm-sealed, capsule, differential, electric-contact), pressure and DP transmitters, pressure switches, RTD and thermocouple sensors, temperature gauges and controllers, thermowells, level and flow instruments, and instrumentation panels — plus calibration services.
How do I choose the right instrument?
Tell us the duty: the media, the working pressure or temperature, the process connection, the wetted material if the media is corrosive, any hazardous-area classification, and the output or dial size you need. We will specify the correct instrument — and tell you if a simpler, cheaper one would do the job.
Do your instruments come with a calibration certificate?
Yes — traceable calibration certificates as standard, with material and test certificates and recalibration scheduling where your quality system requires it.
Do you supply certified instruments for hazardous areas?
Yes — flameproof / certified transmitters supplied to your area classification. Send the zone, gas group and temperature class. We never substitute an uncertified instrument into a certified area, because the failure mode there is an ignition source, not a wrong reading.
How fast can you deliver?
Stock items are next-day in the NCR and typically 3–7 working days pan-India. Engineered items (remote seals, hazardous-area transmitters, hygienic builds) follow the build time quoted with your order.
Do you deliver across India and export?
Yes — pan-India by freight with tracking, and export to Africa, the Gulf, Europe and Asia with international standards (EN 837, IEC 60751) and export documentation.
How is GST handled?
A proper GST invoice on every supply — CGST+SGST within Haryana, IGST for other states — e-invoiced with IRN, so your input-credit reconciliation is clean. Export is on agreed commercial terms.
Why do my gauges keep failing?
Usually the specification or installation, not the gauge. Common causes: no siphon on steam, no snubber on hydraulic/press duty, an oversized range, or the wrong wetted material on corrosive media. Send a photo of the installation and we will diagnose it — the fix is often a cheap fitting, not a new gauge.
Can you range transmitters to our exact working span?
Yes, and you should insist on it. Give us the actual working pressure or DP span rather than the pipe rating, and we range and calibrate the transmitter so your BMS or PLC reads with proper resolution.
Do you provide on-site calibration and service?
Yes — our engineers carry pressure and temperature calibrators for on-site loop calibration, and we make breakdown and installation-review visits, with annual maintenance contracts available.
Can you standardise instrumentation across our multiple plants?
Yes — we define one specification per common duty and supply every site to that single standard, with interchangeable spares and consistent calibration documentation. It simplifies maintenance and keeps corporate audits consistent.

The one question behind all the others
Most of the questions above are really facets of a single one: why buy from a manufacturer who specifies to the duty, rather than from whoever is cheapest on a like-for-like line? The answer runs through every topic on this page. On products, it means the instrument is built for your service rather than pulled from stock. On specification, it means an engineer sizes it so it reads accurately and lasts. On calibration, it means a certificate you can defend and a schedule that keeps it current. On failures, it means the cause is usually found and fixed once — often a cheap fitting — rather than papered over with repeat purchases. On delivery, GST and export, it means clean paperwork and honest timelines.
None of that shows up in a price comparison, which is exactly why the cheapest quote so often turns into the most expensive instrument over its life. A gauge that fails every quarter, a transmitter that reads badly because it was ranged for the pipe rating, a thermocouple that drifts in the wrong protection tube — each was cheaper to buy and dearer to own. Buying well means buying the instrument that is right, and then mostly forgetting about it, which is what a plant actually wants.

Do you supply to panel builders and OEMs, not just end plants?
Yes — panel builders, machine builders and OEMs are a core part of who we supply, with instruments ranged and configured for integration into their panels and equipment, under clear commercial terms and with consistent documentation for their own customers.
Can you match or replace an instrument from another make?
In most cases, yes. Send a photo of the nameplate and the installation, or the make and model, and we will supply an equivalent instrument that fits your connection and duty — matching the connection or providing the correct adaptor so it drops in without rework.
What if I only need one instrument?
That is completely fine — we supply single instruments as readily as full schedules, with the same specification care and the same calibration certificate. Many long relationships started with one emergency replacement gauge that simply worked.
Do you offer annual maintenance and calibration contracts?
Yes — AMCs covering scheduled calibration, on-site checks and priority breakdown response, including multi-site programmes with a common schedule and consistent documentation across your plants.
How do I start if I have never bought from you before?
Just send one enquiry — a requirement, a datasheet, or a photo of an instrument you are replacing — on WhatsApp or by email. We will specify it, quote it, and take it from there. There is no onboarding hurdle to clear before you can get an answer.
